The Israeli Occupying Forces took the lives of eight Palestinians and wounded at least ten others Thursday morning. Three of the dead were Hamas activists while the rest were unarmed innocent bystanders. A teenage boy and his father were killed in the attack. Later in the evening, an Israeli missile killed an unidentified 13 year old girl and another man in the Shijaia neighborhood in Gaza City.

Clearly, Dr. Rice's visit to Israel was a step in the right direction.

And teh west trades with israel, sends them weapons, maintaines full diplomatic ties as if business as ususal. But then again, it was the west that gave us israel on the rubbles of palestine.

I have a chance to explain an Israeli attitude to our troublesome neighbours somwhere here, but I say it again: no point spending valuable ammunition with no reason. There were bag guys nearby - otherwise we couldn't care less for this particular members of "banu Arafat" tribe.

I think you'll find that terrorism began just before the formation of the state of Israel with the Irgun and the Haganah.
Indeed, modern terrorism is said to have been created to facilitate the creation of the Israeli state. So, it's an extremely dishonest act to try and place the blame for this at the door of the Palestinians.
